Acricem Pool 25L

Acricem Pool is a water-based acrylic resin that acts as Component B in the Atlanttic Aquaciment® two-component microcement system, designed for coatings in permanent contact with water, such as swimming pools, fountains, and ponds. This product improves adhesion, waterproofing, and mechanical resistance of the microcement while also increasing its flexibility. It can also be used as a primer for absorbent substrates.

Instructions for use

As Component B of the Atlanttic Aquaciment® system:

• Pour the required amount of Acricem Pool into a clean container.
• Add the necessary pigment and stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
• Gradually incorporate Component A (powder microcement) while mixing with a low-speed mixer.
• Mix until a smooth, lump-free paste is achieved.
• Let the mixture rest for a few minutes before applying with a metal or rubber trowel.

As a primer on absorbent substrates:

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from grease, dust, or loose particles.
• Apply a uniform coat of Acricem Pool using a roller, brush, or spray equipment.
• Allow to dry completely before applying the microcement.

Performance

• As primer: ≈ 0.10 L/m², depending on the absorption level of the substrate.
• As Component B: According to the proportions of the Atlanttic Aquaciment® system.

Storage conditions
Store in a dry, well-ventilated place, protected from direct sunlight, at temperatures between 10 °C and 30 °C. Keep the container sealed. Shelf life: up to 1 year in unopened original packaging.
