Component A Pure Mettal Bronze is a high-purity metallic powder designed to create decorative coatings with a genuine bronze finish. It is part of the PURE METTAL range, a two-component system that enables the creation of metallic surfaces with natural texture and shine. Its formula, based on fine metallic particles, allows for exclusive industrial-style effects on walls, floors, furniture, or architectural elements—both indoors and outdoors.

Main Features

• Powder-based component with high-concentration bronze
• Requires mixing with Component B (specific hybrid resin) for application

Application Method

1. Ensure the substrate is solid, dry, clean, and level
2. Apply a suitable primer (Primacem ABS) and allow it to dry completely
3. Mix Component A (bronze powder) with Component B in the proportions specified in the official technical datasheet until a homogeneous paste is obtained
4. Apply the first coat with a trowel and allow to dry for 2 to 4 hours
5. Apply the second coat in the same way and let it dry for at least 24 hours
6. It is recommended to polish the surface to enhance the metallic shine and achieve a more realistic finish
7. For added durability, protect the coating with two coats of Presealer, sand lightly, and finish with two coats of Topsealer WT One Coat

Storage Conditions

Store in its original, tightly sealed container in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place. Recommended temperature range: 10 °C to 30 °C. Shelf life: up to 12 months from the date of manufacture. Once mixed with Component B, the product must be used within 7 days, keeping it sealed and away from sources of heat or moisture.
