Efectto PU B Component is the aliphatic polyurethane hardener for the two-component system used with the ready-to-use microcements from the Efectto Quartz range. Designed to significantly enhance the system’s mechanical and chemical performance, this component B is mixed with component A to obtain a stronger, more stable, and more durable coating.

It is essential to ensure optimal adhesion, reduce water absorption, and improve abrasion resistance, providing a professional-grade finish on all types of decorative surfaces.

Directions for Use

Mixing
Stir component A (Efectto PU microcement) until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
Add Efectto PU B Component in a 10:1 ratio (A:B) and mix for 2 minutes with a low-speed mixer.

Application
Apply the product in two coats on a prepared and primed substrate.
Sand between coats if necessary.
Finish the system with sealers such as Topsealer WT All in One.

Coverage

Coverage depends on the consumption of component A and the mixing ratio. For a 10 kg container of Efectto PU, 0.875 kg of this component B is required.
