Evoluttion Microbase XL 20kg

Evoluttion Microbase XL is a single-component microcement designed as a preparation layer for continuous coating systems. With a medium-coarse aggregate size, it provides excellent mechanical stability, ideal for ensuring a robust base before applying finishes such as Evoluttion Microdeck or Evoluttion Microfino.

Thanks to its formulation, which only requires water and no external resins, it is a convenient, reliable, and economical product. It is suitable for interiors and exteriors, on surfaces such as floors, walls, countertops, and furniture.

How to use

1. Substrate preparation
   • Ensure a clean, dry, firm, and grease-free surface.
   • Prime with Primacem Plus (porous substrates) or Primacem ABS (non-porous substrates).
2. Product mixing
   • Mix each 20 Kg bag with approximately 5.5 L of water.
   • Stir with an electric mixer until a uniform, lump-free mixture is achieved.
   • Let stand for 2 minutes before application.
3. Application
   • Apply two coats with a metal trowel.
   • Sand between coats with grit 40 or 80.
   • Allow to dry completely before applying the finishing coat.
4. Final protection
   • Seal the complete system with varnishes such as Topsealer WT Dragon for water, abrasion, and stain resistant protection.

Storage conditions
