Evoluttion Microbase XXL 20kg

Evoluttion Microbase XXL is a single-component preparation microcement designed to be the first layer in continuous decorative coating systems. With a coarse grain size, this product provides high consistency, ideal for creating a good structural base before applying decorative finishes such as Evoluttion Microdeck or Evoluttion Microfino.

As it does not require additional resins and is mixed only with water, it is a practical solution for construction professionals, microcement applicators, and decorators looking for resistant floor microcement, outdoor microcement base, or products for renovations without construction work.

Recommended for high-traffic floors, textured walls, irregular substrates, or quick renovations.

Instructions for use

1. Surface preparation
   • The surface must be clean, dry, firm, and free of grease or dust.
   • Prime with Primacem Plus or Primacem ABS, depending on the substrate.
2. Product mixing
   • Mix the contents of the bag with approximately 5.5 L of water for every 20 kg of product.
   • Use an electric low-speed mixer until a homogeneous mass is achieved.
   • Let stand for 2 minutes before application.
3. Application
   • Apply two coats of product with a metal trowel.
   • Sand between coats with 40 or 80 grit sandpaper.
   • Allow to dry completely before applying the finishing coat.
4. Sealing
   • Once the complete system has been applied, protect with varnishes such as Topsealer WT Dragon to ensure resistance to stains, water, and abrasion.
