Evoluttion Microbase XXL 20kg

Evoluttion Microbase XXL is a one-component preparation microcement designed to be the first layer in continuous decorative coating systems. With a coarse granulometry, this product provides high consistency, making it ideal for creating a solid structural base before applying decorative finishes such as Evoluttion Microdeck or Evoluttion Microfino.

Since it does not require additional resins and is mixed only with water, it offers a practical solution for construction professionals, microcement applicators, and decorators looking for resistant flooring microcement, exterior base coatings, or products for quick renovations without major works.

Recommended use: for high-traffic floors, textured walls, irregular substrates, or fast refurbishments.

Instructions for use

Surface preparation
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, solid, and free of grease or dust.
Prime with Primacem Plus or Primacem ABS, depending on the substrate.

Mixing
Mix the contents of the bag with approximately 5.5 L of water per 20 kg of product.
Use a low-speed electric mixer until a homogeneous, lump-free paste is obtained.
Let the mixture rest for 2 minutes before application.

Application
Apply two coats of the product with a metal trowel.
Sand between coats with grit 40 or 80 sandpaper.
Allow to dry completely before applying the finishing layer.

Sealing
Once the complete system has been applied, protect with varnishes such as Topsealer WT Dragon to ensure resistance to stains, water, and abrasion.

Performance
Approx. 2.80 kg/m² per coat.

Storage conditions
